 Dr. Falk has practiced colon and rectal surgery for over twenty years.  He loves his work and views himself as a servant to his patients and the community.  The opportunity to investigate each patient’s problem as a unique situation is one of the things he likes most about colon and rectal surgery.  He takes pride in using his training and experience to arrive at the proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment.  Dr. Falk feels blessed that our community has so many resources available for patient care.  He utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach when applicable. Outside of the office Dr. Falk is very active.  He passionately supports our youth by leading biblical studies and young adults ministry.  He is grateful for his marriage and his family.  He enjoys basketball, biking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Dr. Ruggles has been with Wisconsin Colon & Rectal Clinic since 2002.  He likes surgery because it requires knowledge, thinking and using one’s hands.  Dr. Ruggles enjoys taking a systematic, deliberate approach to patient care.  He tries to constantly remind himself to see things from his patients’ perspectives, in order to most appropriately help them feel better. During his time away from work, he likes to spend time with his family.  He enjoys biking with his children and jogging.  He is active as a Cub Scout leader.  He is most grateful to his wife for supporting him in his career.

Dr. Grodsky joined Wisconsin Colon & Rectal Clinic in 2014.  He pursued an interest in  colon and rectal surgery because of a history of inflammatory bowel disease in his family.  Dr. Grodsky enjoys the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with his patients.  He believes he should treat every patient as member of his family and as “I would wish to be treated.” Dr. Grodsky is a Wisconsin native and grew up in Milwaukee.  He and his wife enjoy spending time with their twins.  Dr. Grodsky’s hobbies include watching and playing football, baseball and basketball.
